PRICING AND ADD-ON OPTIONS

Bar Service Details: 

BASIC BAR SETUP – $1000

Mix and Mingle Mobile Bar will service your bar up to 5 hours, which includes a bartender, insurance, travel up to 40 miles, preparation, 1:1 calls with a complete shopping list and a basic bar setup (2 tables with tablecloths), garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges and cherries), cups (12oz, 9oz and 1oz) and coolers. Please select what else you would like us to provide below.

ADD-ON OPTIONS

$300 Additional Bartender: Required for events larger than 75 guests. 

$200 Additional Hour of Bar Service: Maximum of 2 additional hours 

$1 per mile: Maximum of 100 miles 

$150 Bar Rental: Wooden Portable bar rental (if you do not want the table setup) * 

$2 pp Water Station: We will supply a self-service water station with cups. 

$2 pp Ice: We will supple ice for cocktails and beer/wine

$5 pp Basic Mixer Package: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, and Agave Syrup

$2 pp Signature Mixer Package: Mixers and garnishes for signature drinks. *Price varies based on complexity of drinks 

$3 pp Table Wine Service: We will go around to everyone at dinner and offer wine supplied by clients** 

$2 pp Champagne Toast Service: We will pour the champagne supplied and supply plastic champagne flutes for your guests. ** 

$300 Second Bar Setup: We will set up a second bar location** 

$300 I-Pad Photobooth with custom made template for the photos (DROP-OFF) 

$50 per hour Attendant for the Photobooth (OPTIONAL)

$75 Backdrop w/cover for Photobooth (6’, 6.5’ or 7’ Arch; 8x8 ‘Square or 7’-10’ adjustable; 7.2’ Round} 

$25 LED Signs (Let’s Party, Baby in Bloom, Oh Baby, Happy Birthday and Bride to Be)
